"Rock-a-Bye Babies"

      Coming from a family of all girls and having three daughters of my own, dolls were the most common toy in our home.

      I started collecting dolls at a very early age.  After retiring from teaching Kindergarten,  I decided  I wanted to further my interest in collectible dolls and share this desire with others who have the same emotional feelings I have.

      The beautiful vinyl dolls that Adora produces are especially of interest  to me.  I also like the fine quality furniture  the Badger Company manufactures.   A real thrill for me is to display my dolls and share them with my granddaughters.  Another interest of mine is reading stories about dolls to my grandchildren.  Those among my favorite are "Ragged Ann and Andy" and "William's Doll" by Charlotte Zolotow.
