How can I pay for my order?   We accept  Pay Pal, money orders and personal checks.  Orders paid by check require a 10 business day wait to clear our bank.  No waiting time on money orders.  If you are sending a check or money order, please send it to :

Do you charge sales tax?   Sales tax will only apply to residents of Idaho.

How much will my shipping charges be?   Ground shipping in the United States is free.  If you desire another mode of shipping or faster delivery or are outside of the continental United States, please contact us by e-mail  goshawk@filertel.com  and we will accommodate you.

What if I need to return or cancel my order?   If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call  (208-326-5467) or e-mail  goshawk@filertel.com  us for a "Return Authorization Number".  Returned products will not be accepted without this number.  Returned merchandise must be received in its original condition  with its original packaging accompanied by the invoice within 14 business days from date of receipt.  After a return has been received, please allow 1 week to process.   If  you used pay pal, a refund will be credited to your pay pal account.  If you paid by money order or check, a refund check will be mailed to you.  Shipping charges are not refundable.
